At Inboos.com, we are committed to ensuring the responsible and lawful use of our email marketing and mass emailing platform. This Sending Policy outlines the rules and standards that all users must follow when using our SMTP, bulk emailing, and API services.
- Consent and Permission-Based Sending
You must only send emails to recipients who have:
Explicitly opted-in to receive your emails, or
Have an existing business relationship with you and a reasonable expectation of receiving communication.
Prohibited:
Purchased or rented email lists
Scraped or harvested email addresses
Third-party or affiliate contact databases
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining proper consent under applicable laws such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc. - Acceptable Use of Our Services
Your use of Inboos.com must comply with our Terms of Service and the laws of the regions where your emails are sent. You may not use our platform to send:
Spam, phishing, or misleading emails
Threatening, abusive, defamatory, or hateful content
Emails promoting illegal, deceptive, or harmful products or services
Pornographic or adult content
Cryptocurrency-related offers without clear opt-in and full disclosures
Emails violating the policies of mailbox providers (Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, etc.) - Sending Limits and Practices
To ensure optimal deliverability and prevent abuse:
Warmup sending is required for new domains/IPs.
We reserve the right to throttle or pause sending if we detect suspicious spikes, high bounce rates, or spam complaints.
Bounce rate should remain under 5%.
Complaint rate must remain below 0.1%.
Use proper email headers, unsubscribe links, and valid reply addresses. - Required Email Elements
All emails sent using Inboos.com must include:
A clear and valid “From” name and address
A non-deceptive subject line
An easy-to-read unsubscribe link
The sender’s physical mailing address
Unsubscribe requests must be honored within 48 hours, and no further emails should be sent to that recipient unless re-subscribed. - Monitoring and Enforcement
We actively monitor accounts for:
Spam complaints
Bounce and unsubscribe rates
Use of blacklisted domains or URLs
Abusive content or behavior
Violations may result in:
Temporary or permanent suspension of sending privileges
Account termination
Reporting to relevant ISPs or legal authorities
We may take immediate action without notice if your sending behavior jeopardizes our infrastructure or the deliverability of other users. - Prohibited Industry Use
While we support a wide range of industries, we do not allow use of our platform for mass emailing in the following niches without written pre-approval:
Gambling, betting, or casino promotions
Payday loans or debt consolidation offers
MLM or “work-from-home” schemes
Pharmaceuticals or supplements
Escort services or adult content
Crypto investment schemes - API and SMTP Use
If you’re using our SMTP relay or Email API:
Do not send email without prior domain validation
Proper DKIM, SPF, and DMARC settings must be configured
You must implement bounce handling and unsubscribe logic on your end
APIs should be used in accordance with our fair-use limits and volume thresholds - Data Privacy and Recipient Protection
You must comply with all applicable data protection laws when sending emails, including:
GDPR for users in the EU
CAN-SPAM for users in the U.S.
CASL for Canadian recipients
You are responsible for securely managing your recipient data and honoring all unsubscribe, data access, or deletion requests. - Reporting Abuse
