These services are designed for businesses, developers, agencies, and marketing professionals. Users must ensure lawful and ethical use in line with international email laws. - Eligibility and Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate, up-to-date personal or business information
Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
Be legally capable of entering a binding agreement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent activity. - Acceptable Use Policy

a. Billing
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans, with tiered pricing based on usage volume and features. All fees are displayed in USD (or INR as applicable).
b. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and international gateways.
c. Refund Policy
All subscriptions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Users may cancel future billing at any time.
d. Plan Upgrades/Downgrades
You may upgrade your plan instantly or downgrade at the end of the current billing cycle. Excess usage beyond your current plan may incur overage charges. - Trial and Free Plans

Blacklisting of IP or domain caused by user activity
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the services in the preceding 30 days. - Warranties and Disclaimers
